About Me

I am a Farm-Her, mother, wife, daughter, Menopause and Nutrition Coach, Veterinarian, Epidemiologist, Entrepreneur, and advocate for empowering women.

As middle-aged women, we often suffer stress and burn out from “trying to do it and have it all.” Between work, home, children, and family needs, we often neglect ourselves to support and care for those around us. My entry into perimenopause highlighted the need for self care and KNOWLEDGE!

I collaborate with women to understand their symptoms, find solutions that fit their life, embrace connection and OWN their menopause journey.
